Over the past 7+ years, I've built SaaS products, internal platforms, and data-intensive applications across the stack. My work is Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and API design, with TypeScript and React on the frontend.
At Event Temple, I led the Rails API modernization to V2 with JSON:API standards, designed a zero-downtime data migration engine that moved 1.5M+ records across relational schemas, and dug into PostgreSQL lock contention during production schema migrations, which turned into a post.
On the infrastructure side, I'm preparing for the AWS Certified Developer - Associate exam (EC2, ECS, RDS, IAM, S3, CloudFormation), and in personal projects I run Node.js and Hono services on Cloudflare Workers, like the backend behind SublimeRead. I'm open to backend and infrastructure roles.
