I'm a Senior Full-Stack Engineer based in Coquitlam, BC, originally from Nepal.

Over the past 7+ years, I've worked across startups and product teams building SaaS products, internal platforms, and data-intensive applications. My focus is backend-leaning full-stack engineering, anchored by Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and Node.js, complemented by modern TypeScript and React.

At Event Temple, I led the Rails API modernization to V2 with JSON:API standards, designed a zero-downtime data migration engine moving 1.5M+ records across relational schemas, and co-led the modernization of the web platform to React and Next.js.

I am currently preparing for the AWS Certified Developer - Associate exam (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, Aurora, IAM, S3, CloudFormation), and exploring edge computing with Node.js and Hono in personal projects like SublimeRead.
